Thank you for visiting our website. Every product sold in our shop is handmade with extreme care and attention to detail. we strive for excellent customer service and providing the best products possible.

Because all of the items available for purchase are made by hand and not in a factory, no two products are the same. This provides each customer with a truly unique product every time. Slight imperfections and subtle differences may be noticed on certain products. However, no products are ever sold or shipped without a generous consideration for quality.


SHIPPING ADDRESS

You are responsible for supplying us with the correct shipping address. If we ship to the address you supplied and it was an error on your part then we are not responsible for this error. Shipping fees and/or the item will not be refunded.

We are also not responsible for any delays with USPS, UPS Fed Ex or any other carrier, once the item has been given to the carrier we cannot control any delivery delays. all of our items include tracking numbers for your tracking convenience


ALREADY MADE ITEMS:

Once your order is placed it could take up to 3-5 business days to ship (unless otherwise stated in the actual product listing so please read all information carefully)


GENERAL SHIPPING INFO: 

All items are shipped US First Class Mail with delivery confirmation and a tracking #. The travel time is usually 2-5 business days once shipped. If purchasing multiple items from the shop they may ship separately. Don't worry, we will cover any additional shipping fees :) Generally we can not expedite orders, please message us BEFORE you place your order if you need the item by a certain date. We will try out best to accommodate you.


PAYMENT: 

Major credit cards are safely processed through Square. Refunded payments will appear in your account within 3-5 business days depending on your bank. If you buy an item then notice a coupon code shortly after your purchase you are committed to the first sale. We can not give out price adjustments, thank you for understanding!


RETURNS/EXCHANGES 

We  gladly accept returns and exchanges, Contact us within: 3 days of delivery as well as Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Items on sale

  • One-Offs

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns.


CANCELLATIONS

We don't accept any cancellations whatsoever But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.


Custom Request / MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:

Since these are created after we receive your payment these will take longer to ship. The average turnaround time is about 1-2 weeks to ship. Again please refer to your particular Proposal.


PERSONALIZED/CUSTOM ITEMS

ALL CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

By ordering with us, you can feel secure in knowing that your loved ones will see just how much they mean to you. 

  • However Due to the custom nature of our items-- Once production is in progress, orders cannot be changed or canceled. Any changes or cancellations will acquire a cancellation fee. Fee will vary depending on how far along we are in production.

  • Engraved/personalized/custom items are non-refundable. if there are any discrepancies with your order please contact us immediately at Info@Createdbyyoudesigns.com & include your order number


REMINDER that custom orders take time and will need a minimum of one - two weeks before it is shipped. Plan your orders accordingly
